I didn't like this article.

I disagree with this paragraph "Since machines have a set movement there is greatly reduced risk of injury, due largely to the fact that machines force you to have perfect form". As it all depends what machine we are talking about.

I definitely disagree with the conclusion which was "Therefore I believe that machines are much more effective and much safer than free weights".

No offense intended, but if you're humble enough to say that you've only been bodybuilding for one year, then you don't need to be writing articles just yet. Wait until you actually have experience from which you can draw to give more experienced lifters advice (and, by the way, I am not one of them). Just a word of warning - it would be a shame to see you flamed for speaking too soon, especially if you're going to paraphrase parts of someone else's article. Although, I will give you credit for presenting both sides of the arguement...

I totally agree with both of you! My full conclusion wasnt on it when I sent it in, a few other things werent either. I attatched the unfinished file instead of the finished by mistake! I sent that in about 4-5 months ago also it just finaly now got published..
hehe my weight says 213 on it. Since then I have gained quite a bit 236 at 11%bf ..
ive wrote 4 or 5 articles since then but I dont believe they are good enough. I am a terrible writer hell this article was sloppy but at least I tryed. We all start someplace
