Kerry Dulin - Washboard Abs Before Spring!

Abs are sexy. I know it and you know it. While other magazines and e-zines will try to pump you up with some bull**** story about how you can use the latest fitness program or supplement that will melt away fat while you sit on your ass and do nothing, this one is going to tell you the truth.

The article is well thought out and well written but it misses a few important points.

It doesn't stress the importance of eating 200-300 calories below maintenance to start off with in order to lose weight. But it does give general tips on what to avoid and such.

And lifting should be a practical application in the process of losing weight

this seems to be more of an ab article but if you're gonna write an ab article , you might as well focus more on the fat loss aspect of it because we all know it is not possible to spot reduce without surgery.
