I dont know about you but those workouts do not look like theyre for bodybuilders. Seems more tailored to "casual" gym-goers.

3 weeks to leanness is whats even more stupid. I love it how people write weightloss articles with no real idea behind the science of it, and then decide to call themselves "expert trainers"
