I like the article because it gives a good foundation upon which to build a solid tricept routine. The exercises shown are just the tip of the iceburg of what can be done. There is one thing I'd like to mention though. If your rotator cuffs are easily aggravated, like mine, the bench dip and close grip bench press tends to put alot of stress on them. So watch your form and when it comes to piling on the weight check your ego at the door. Use common sense! I can't image a blown rotator cuff is much fun.
