I first came across Kristia when researching some fitness information on-line for a class I was teaching. I was impressed at the information she provided on her site and can only imagine that the fitness plans people can purchase are superb. She emphasizes the nutrition and exercise and is one of the best role models for women I have ever seen. On top of it all, I have communicated with her on occasion regarding fitness and she is one of the most pleasant people.
