Not to bad of an article. Confirms (once again) the use if simple carbs + protein along with creatine is a good idea. Is honest about the "liquid" creatines being garbage. Even mentions the 2g min daily intake is good enough. The only thing that doesn't jive out is the condoning of a loading phase. Same old, same old...lol

A very informative article from Anssi. Creatine has become a major player in the field of ergogenic aids and information on creatine supplementation is welcome - and often much needed as well!
