At the peak, flex your biceps hard
With all the reading I am certain about one thing now because of your article
"This is point where you should really squeeze the muscle hard."
I use to try and stay relaxed as much as possible during the reps letting the shear wieght and repititions tighten the muscle. But now I Know to squeeze and tighten the muscle group I am working while lifting. I will incorporate this into all my lifting. Even when I do stomach crunches. I will be squeezing my stomach mucles together. ( maybe this will help eliminate the need from doing 200-300 crunches)
