I did learn one thing new: I didn't realize I could/should train calves more than once a week. I'll start doing calves along with my ab days to maximize progress.
On a sidenote, I'm 33 and have never worked with weights until a buddy got me in the gym last October. I'm addicted. One thing I especially like is being able to run up a a flight of stairs while enjoying the extra "bounce" I get from my newly developed calves. I was amazed at how fast they grow -- I wish I had measured them when I started.
