This article is a good basic article on a summer cutting diet. I have only one concern. The sub point, eat right for your blood type. There is a lot of controversy into this concept. Not much research has been done to substantiate the claims. Peter D'adamo (the creator of the hypothesis) has made some logical leaps without documenting how he came to his conclusion. Some current research suggests that O type was not the first ABO antigen to evolve, but A was the first Antigen. If A-type was the first, would it suggest that it was the blood type of the hunter-gather humans and not O-type.
