weighted crunches

when doing weighted cruches this way, i hardly feel it at all. here is the method i use, which i and several other people have found MUCH more effective.

Put the rope on the low pulley. I'd say a good weight to start with is about 30lbs. Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat, with your head about a foot or so away from the weight stack. Grab the rope, hold it at your shoulders, and do crunches. I prefer to have someone stand on my feet while doing these, but a bench or a pair of heavy dumbells to lock your feet under work too. On my last set, i like to do a drop set, like 50-40-30. Give em a shot, i think you'll like it.

more wasted space and energy talking about ab training. When will people realize that this is the most useless endevor? Training makes so little difference when it comes to abdominal development.

What you mean by this is that it is mostly an issue of diet right? I.e., keeping a low body fat?
