Thumbs up

very good article explaining the benefits of HIIT. Would have been better if he included some studies providing the benefits over moderate cardio ( I have some) to enhance what he was syaing. However, top notch article, Jeremy Likness is someone i enjoy reading his articles, since he speaks from an experience point of view, and just not talks about something he doesnt know as i have seen many wrtiers in bb.com do.
