okay

It would have been good if the person demonstrating the front squat had known how to grip the bar properly. What he's is doing is the "bodybuilder's front squat" aka the "I'm not really any good at doing front squats" version.

The author also neglected the overhead squat, which is a wonderful all-body exercise and a very useful tool for identifying and fixing squatting flexiblity problems.

Otherwise it was a good article.
