*LOL*
Have you seen this clown's homepage? *lol*
And isn't Biff supposed to credit Arnold for some of that routine, because some of that is plagiarized word for word from Arnold's Modern Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding.
He copied some of it so well, I'm surprised he didn't see the part where Arnold mentions how lions actually do stretch when they awake from their naps before setting off to stalk their prey.

This is just the same ole stuff posted on his own site. Whats the deal.
And dosen't big and ripped mean he should have like striations in his muscles. 6' and 205 is not all that big.
The most recent photos of this boy are far from "ripped."

so this wasn't serious? I was wondering b/c this guy has very little going for him. I think that I could walk into the gym right now and more easily find ppl who didn't want to look like this!

while not the brightest light bulb in the box he does have a good physique and is quite ripped. However, i suppose it's easy to talk smack when you don't have to show your pictures isn't it
I do agree that the article leaves much to be desired... and whether or not lions stretch before attacking has ****all to do with weightlifting

Easy, now.
Biff looks good, he knows his stuff, and he writes well... even entertaingly.
If y'all want to hate, how about you start your own page?
Obviously you've got it all figured out, which is why you're here... ?
And taking the time to write nasty comments... very productive.
I'll leave you to go back to memorizing Arnold's Encyclopedia verbatim so you can spot the plagiarizers. You awe me with your coolness, guys.
Thanks for the article, Biff.
