i'm not so sold on the idea of overtraining the muscle system... the nervous system yes, but if one structures their training correctly with appropriate periods of low volume, they can institute bursts of ultra high volume training and will make very good gains off of it. Usually overtraining is equated with undereating.

i'm with str8flexed on this. I think its very hard to overtrain the muscle system before you overtrain the CNS.
