Tom Green - Nine Exercises For Sprinters!

The basic idea of these exercises is simple. Explode off the ground, and then once your feet touch, explode again spending minimal amounts of time on the ground.

I have been using the tips on his old article for the most part for sprinting faster in baseball, and they have been working well. I only do his training one to two days a week because I simply don't have the time for four. Not only did it improve my sprinting, but it gave me more stamina for long distance running and it improved my mile time.

As for this article, it is very good. It gives detailed plyometric training that the last article left off. It also emphasizes to be on the ground the least amount of time as possible, which I am now aware of.

Thanks for writing the articles; they helped me much more than I could have ever helped myself.
