I think this kinda workout rather tires you and gives you good stamina, but will it really help to build true muscle? I doubt it. But I think it might be good if you are someone who just wants to be fit, not very big and just in good condition

I didn't say it doesn't work, but I don't think you'll get huge by doing it. At least wouldn't work for me. I'm sure you'll have gains in strenght but I just doubt it's the most effective way to get BIG.

yep, curcuit training hasn't been shown to be very effective in optimal strength or hypertrophy gains.
