Don't try to diss Kevin. He is the best bodybuilder ever. Kevin should have been Mr. Olympia since 1992.

Bump.
"He's a world-class bodybuilder and I'm not, so maybe I shouldn't talk." Best quote from the entire article.

media.. they must critisize every little thing that seems "not right"
the guy looks amazing and his rankings speak for themselves.. lets leave it at that and not bash him for minor details
just like the writer himself said... "Then again, he's a world-class bodybuilder and I'm not, so maybe I shouldn't talk."

hehe, i found the article quite informative, and the honesty with which it was written is refreshing.
i love bodybuilding videos, but there are obvious flaws in the personalities of alot of the top guys.
Levrone is no doubt a world class bodybuilder, but keeping his balls as a result of the sight of some patriotic memorabilia strikes me as slightly abnormal.
Try please fellow iron monkys to retain some vestige of common sense. If (insert world class bodybuilders' name here) were to drop a dumbell on his scrotum before doing his squats, how many of you would give it a try?

the writer is an idiot
If the flags help to motivate himself, why is it a joke?
If anything he is noble, considering alot of people today don't give a crap about the men who died for us. Why mock him?
If you wanted the talkative Levrone, he should of watched the first video 'Full Blown'....but to say he's awfully depressing, regarding the fact that Kevin explained the he's on a low fat diet is pretty ignorant imo
And the comment about the crunches with maximum poundage of the machine, maybe the writer should actually try it. What an *******.
