Good article

A good article, but overhyped marketing. There's a STRONG argument that clubbells are the best tool for martial artists - not kettlebells because the clubbells can do everything that the kettlebells can do but the kettlebells can't do everything clubbells can do. And clubbells were created for fighting where kettlebells were only applied to it. Read some of Coach Sonnon's articles here and you'll see why.

Sounds more like Dan Kennedy marketing for kettlebells.
