Animalpak.com - Bodybuilding Vs. Powerlifting!

There are a lot of myths surrounding the sports of bodybuilding and powerlifting. I've decided to shed some light on these two sports here at animalpak.com. If you're new to the iron game and can't decide which to pursue, this article should help. As a world-ranked pro powerlifter and a NPC bodybuilder, I speak from firsthand experience.

Talking bodybuilding vs powerlifting

whats the difference between a womens bikini "show" and a mens bodybuilding "show" ans: one calls it a pageant and one calls it a sport. i dont see the athleticism in training ones body to look big, shave yourself, and paint on a tan looking color to exhibit more muscle tone.

i agree its a lot of grueling hard work to do it, but its not a sport. wheres the athletics in it?

I know that this is an old post, but I couldn't bring myself not to comment. I couldn't agree more! I'm sure that some bodybuilders are tremendous athletes; however, there is no reason to ever judge any "sport" on how pretty a person is. That's ridiculous.
