eh, i'd give 4/10. he really doesn't say much for triceps, and yet spends so much time on biceps. and only gives 6words to the importance of heavy back work for bicep development.

Nothing fundamentally wrong with it, just not very descriptive and if i were a noob I wouldn't gain a whole lot out of it imho.

there was some article on training triceps that i commented on in here, now THAT was properly done. very descriptive, not just a cursory glamnce

now this is a good article on how to build triceps for a big bench. very descrptive and helpful if you arn't certain about it beforehand

The close grip floor press with chains seems a great idea.
