Jeremy Likness - I Can, I Can't…

You've heard it before. Never say I can't. Think positive. But how do the things we say, feel, and believe truly affect our lives? Every day you have internal conversations with yourself, and the way that you conduct those conversations will have a tremendous impact on your success. There is much more to positive thinking than can, can't.

wow, powerful read...

I wasn't expressly looking for that article, but when I read it, it truly struck a chord... very well written, very thought provoking. On some level most of us understand the principles behind the article, but so often we understand it intellectually, but not functionally, and so our lives don't change.

What amazed me is how many different areas in my life I instantly thought about while reading the article, above and beyond health and fitness. Im going to reread it later... have already emailed it to a few friends to read as well.

This was an unexpected blessing, thank you so much for taking the time to pen this article!

Warmest regards

Wink Be committed!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR CONACTING INFORMATION.

Be c-o-m-m-i-t-e-d.

When you want to get lean and stay thin you have to lose fat. It’s that ugly flab that hangs on your body all day. If you are naturally skinny, or have an average body type, then it’s easy to gain muscle. I highly recommend, which is one of my favorite and only for now, routines is the do whatever you want as long as you work for it routine. You may be thinking to yourself, well what the heck I s he talking about. Well, NUMBER ONE THING TO DO IS PLAN YOUR GOALS AHEAD OF TIME SO YOU WON’T START MAKING UP EXCUSES LIKE “I NEVER HAVE ANY TIME”. Now come on, but you have time to watch the Simpson’s. Number two, set goals for your self, want to add a few slabs of beef, maybe cut those fat rolls off that you had for dinner the other night. Be C-O-M-M-I-T-E-D.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Get in get out, and get on with your life. Then after you’ve done that, visualize! Yes visualize. Picture how you want to see yourself when you wake up in the morning, to look at your self in the mirror and say, Oh my gosh! Who is that staring at me?

Thanks for taking your time to read this. Have a safe and happy healthy life. AND A HEALTHY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

SINCERELY, Jonathan Pedersen.

I hope you will under stand the passion I have for this article will you please accept it bodybuilding.com.
