alot of the things he recommends arent very advisable
e.g calves and abs everyday
running everyday and there are a couple of things wrong witht the basics of his split

It does not say everyday, it says every other day. Thus, he is recommending calves and abs on day 1, 3, and 5 or 2, 4, and 6.
My major qualm with this article is that he recommends 45 minutes of cardio everyday, but I suppose it's ok if it works for him (I wonder if he has tried limiting his cardio and possibly adding in a cutting period and examining the differences in gains).

Was it ever a problem? It depends on what you're training for, genetics, supps, aas, etc..

I think u mean "it depends on what you're training with"
The article makes it seems its for everyone. I'd like to see a typical joe getting away with working out 6 days a week cause the article sure doesn't suggest u need "additional" supplimentation.

the idea of this section is to review articles and give feedback this is the REVIEW section not the PRAISE section if somethings off about an article it helps if someone points it out

Second Week
I was doing Dr. Joe Klemczewskis HIT/Volume or Strength/Hypertrophy program, but I have switched to Chris' program because I used to do HIT and noticed I gained strength and size. Volume gave me definition, but I know that I can get that by diet and cardio and keep size. My quads are smaller and weaker under Dr. K's program, so I'm going to what I am familiar with. I am also a diabetic and I basically eat the anabolic diet for life. I have gained muscle and lost fat. I walk M-W-F 40 minutes. I run 15-20 minutes worth of wind-sprints T-Th and Sat. This is not over-training because he only spends 45-60 minutes per workout and he only works one bodypart at a time.
