Herve Duchemin - All About Water Retention: Get Ripped Fast!

I hear it all the time... I do so much cardio, and my diet and training are so on point, yet I still have this layer of fat covering my abs! What's the matter with me? Well... that layer of muscle-masking mess that you might assume to be fat, could in fact be primarily subcutaneous fluid, otherwise known as water weight.

His tips are good for losing water weight, but he makes it look (especially with the before and after pics) like losing that water weight is the difference between overweight/out of shape and fit/cut. Keeping your water weight low enough for BB shows all the time can/is dangerous and should only be done for a short time.

If you look at what he said in the article. He say you should drink PLENTY of water. This will help you lose the water weight around your abs. Just like they say eat alot of calories or 6 small meals a day. I guess it makes your body burns more instead of it just storing it and saving it because it's not getting enough. You still have to exercise or all those meals will prolly make you fat.
