the secret espoused therein:

You won't need to remember every detail from this article just the take home messages on loading. A regimen of 1.5 - 2 g per day 10 times a day for the first 48 hours followed by a maintenance dose of 1.5 - 2g 3x per day should see you achieve optimally Cr loaded muscles.
