Are you really going to grow 24 inch arms just from this

will take a long time to do so:

Perform this exercise last in your bicep/arm workout and only do it once every 2-3 weeks.

lol

Blast your Biceps

I am the author of this article and it seems that a lot of you guys are taking some things out of context. the line about growing 24" arms is to grab the readers attention. i hope you all know not one exercise can cause you to grow arms that large. this exercise is used as a shocking principle not as a regular biceps exercise because you want to shock the mucle into growth, hence the reason for only performing it every 2-3 weeks. if you do it more often your body will adapt to the stimulus and the exercise will lose its effect.

dont knock it till you try it. the exercise is the craze of my gym since i printed out handouts for it, everyone loves it... try it and you will feel why it works so well. if you are doing it right your arms will feel like jello. you are not supposed to stop at 50lbs read the article carefully it says stop at the weight in which you cannot get 8 reps with strict form then rest 2 minutes start at the weight you ended your first set with get 8 reps and work your way back down to the 20 lbs. its that simple.

seems kind of along the idea of that 50rep pullup myth idea.

if you're doing that at the end of your workout, i'd really hate to see what your workout consists of

Lol amusclehead...This was funny.
Well, for a change, for 1-2 workluts, I'd try it. Not for more though. And only if I bb-ed.

the people on these boards (see above) are the biggest bunch of jerkoffs ever.
Crazy 8s are the ****. They really leave your arms in a state of disarray at the end of a workout. I guarentee half of the ****s on these boards that criticize everything have "11 inch pythons" and have been sucking down protein for 2 weeks.

I am giving it a try too. I did something similar to this a while back and felt the pump better than almost any other bicep exercise I have done. It was a pyramiding type exercise....I'm going to try it again and see what happens. I'm a hard gainer (heredity) but have made good strides lately listening to professionals in the BB world. Thanks...
