Dennis B. Weis - Add 1 Inch To Your Arms In 45 Days!

How would you like to add 1 inch of fresh new muscle growth to your upper arms in the next 45 days? I'll bet you do unless you already have arms like Manfred Hoeberl. Since arms are one of the most popular, if not the most popular, muscle groups then this article should be most welcome.

"Grab a barbell that is 110 pounds (or whatever weight is 110% of your 10-rep max weight).
Do ten reps. Rest for 30 seconds.
Do ten reps. Rest for 45 seconds.
Do ten reps. Rest for 60 seconds.
Do ten reps. Rest for 75 seconds.
Do ten reps. Rest for 90 seconds.
Do ten reps.
Done! Rest, then move on to the next exercise. "

how do you do ten reps with 110% of your ten rep max
AND THEN do this a few more times
