Would love too see women spread there lats just as well as legs lol...

Hi,

I did my first competition last spring -- as a novice. (female). The third pose they call in the mandatory round? Front lat spread!

I know I should have been prepared, but eveyone said that they don't use the pose for women, so basically, I looked pretty stupid there.

Still did OK in the contest (third), but my point: They may call it "optional" for women, but they do call it! Might as well officially make it mandatory if they are going to call it anyway!
