Great article....glad to see some people are addressing this subject.

I know of many overweight individuals who eat one meal a day, consisting of highly processed sugars, its a damn shame.

can someone give me an example of a quality multi nutrient supplement? i was looking for one on the site... and i wasn't exactly sure what one was...

With the population explosion and development going on I am not surprised in the quality of food decreasing. Everyone wants to make a quick buck or produce everything as fast as possible. I AM shocked however of the number of people I speak to that know the food they are eating is bad and gorge anyways!!!
