This article is a couple years too late. And what is up with the statement about people preferring ZMA over pro-hormones? I mean, if you are taking even a decent ph is has to be better than just supplemental zinc and magnesium no matter who you are.

ZMA

The reason I say that athletes are considering ZMA over Pro-hormones is because a proper dose of Zinc and Magnesium naturally increases testosterone which is what Prohormones do. Also, ZMA does this with no side effects since Zinc and Magnesium are natural substances. Not only that, but ZMA can help you sleep better, which as bodybuilders know, rest is very important.

Take your vitamin C four hours later or earlier than your zinc. The suggested Daily Value for zinc is 15 milligrams, and these mineral combinations usually contain twice that. If you take that amount continually you'll need additional supplemental copper.
This is true about the copper. Yet I've never really seen anything that includes copper?

But its been said time and time again that zma can only restore you to your own optimal test levels and not supercede it.
