The pectoralis minor is under/beneath the muscle, pectoralis major. The pectoralis major is the muscle used in bench press movements. It has a sternal head and a clavicular head. I am just saying this because the anatomy in the show seemed incorrect. The pectoralis major is divided into 2 sections... its not the pectoralis major up top and minor down bottom. Infact pectoralis minor isn't really used much at all in bench press. Other than that good show!

Ah! You beat me to it.

The pectoralis minor plays a stabilizing role, particularly in the decline bench by preventing excessive shoulder elevation (as defined by anatomical position). But it certainly shouldn't be confused with the 'lower chest.'

I wrote my first reply after only watching the first little bit of the video. If I had watched the rest of it I would have commented on the anatomy diagram that actually illustrated the misinformation that was given verbally ealier in the video.

Where did they find an anatomy chart that was so wrong?

If they say in the next show that inner grip works inner chest then I know they don't know what they are talking about... never mind not knowing the anatomy of the chest

They already did pretty much with the picture of Ronnie at the bottom of the article.

Guess it depends on your goals, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with arching your back as long as you keep your azz and shoulders on the bench. Tell the guy who is benching 400+ raw to not be that guy.
