Very informative!
A very informative article on peak week! I am following my coach's diet and water plan, as this is my first competition, so I don't know enough about what works (and doesn't work) for my body to create my "own" plan yet. From what you posted in your article, I am right on track to peak correctly, though. My coach is being very careful to not let me "peak" too soon, though I have dramatically dropped the carbs as opposed to last week. It is going well!!! Can't wait to see what my body looks like in "peak" condition!!! yee!
