hey tried out your muffins today, derek, but i had a problem, the muffins never dried, it became really crispy and hard. It wasnt soft like other muffins. Are you suppose to use pre-cooked oatmeal or just raw oats because i used raw oats and substituted whole wheat flour for oat flour.

Here is something my grandma does to keep her cookies and muffins soft

Put them in a tupperware container with a piece of bread.

I always keep them in tupperware and have never had a problem. I'm glad someone tried my recipe though.
