That was a good article......i pretty much agree with everything said.

A good article for bodybuilders that are confused about protien and what to do with it !

protein shakes

im 21 and 190 pounds, just started working out about 4 weeks ago, im interested in taking protein but i dont want to get fat....id rather be cut than huge....will taking protein make me gain bodyfat? any suggestions on how much i should take if any??
