Actually, that is what I've learned through asking other bodybuilders, watching interviews with bodybuilder, etc. What did they teach you in school?

Question off season nutrition

This sounds like some valuable information, I'm going to try this. My question is during the off season what supplements do you recommend (i.e. creatine, cell-tech, nitro-tech,or anything else) ?
