30 grams of protein a day? I'm no expert, but I don't think my muscles would grow very much if I only had 30 grams of protein a day. I sure hope the article was suppose to say 30 grams per meal. I even went to the protein calculator link in the article and I could never get my daily limit down to 30 grams per day no matter what option I chose, and I only weigh 170 pounds. I sure hope that was a mistake and I really hope nobody takes the advice of 30 grams of protein a day.

Your body needs 30 grams of protein each day

Your body needs 50 grams of fat each day
So everybody weighs exactly the same, has the same BMR and the same daily activites

"Grains, nuts, oils and legumes contain complete proteins whereas meat proteins are actually incomplete."

Surely this is a misprint? It flies in the face of everything I've ever been taught or read about nutrition!
