What do you guys think a good 40 yard dash time is? I turned 14 about a month ago, i weigh 116lbs and im 5 6. Right now my best time's 4.89. Also what could i do to improve my acceleration? I need to know because im doing long jump and 100m in track so itd help ALOT if i could accelerate even faster.

that s not bad. I bought the 40 yard dash manaul from and it took mine down by a tenth just by following the tips. The website is www.procombinetraining.com . it is a good read
