Animalpak.com - Insane Tricep Training!

One of the many mistakes beginners make is focusing too much like a bodybuilder on one group of muscles engaged with a particular lift (the bench = pecs, squats = quads, etc.). The following routine is meant for putting the strength in the triceps through the roof, but it will definitely add some major ungodly mass to them arms.

This is a great triceps workout- if you are a genetic mutant on the gear.
Otherwise it's a fast ride to overtraining central. I can see some 150 pound 16 year olds doing this tomorrow and wondering why their guns don't immediately resemble those of the roid freak in the photos.

This is why it is so important to train them properly, especially the often neglected triceps.

A Little 101

Most people DO neglect their TRICEPS, and focus mostly on their CHEST instead! So yeah, work on your TRICEPS for a bigger bench.
