Nick Nilsson - The Codes Of The Gym!

Most gyms have a written set of rules to govern our behavior while working out. ALL gyms, however, have an unwritten code of behavior that is not always readily apparent to sometimes even the most advanced of us. The aim of this report is to tell you the written as well as the unwritten rules of behavior in the gym.

I can do a partial bench press of 320 pounds at a weight of 145.

I can't seem to find any records for this. I need to know how I'm doing.

Can anyone out there help me?

I forgot to mention that I'm sixty one years old. I suspect that I'm diong pretty good for my age in my partial lift.

If anybody has any info about records or how a partial compares to a "real" bench press, please contact me at jahncee@yahoo.com.

Thanks.

Smile Lol!

The screaming gets to me the most. It's mostly the "fat strong" guys who have to do their impression of KING KONG while they lift way more than they should. LOL! The giant body builders who are so muscular it's gross seem to grunt too much too! You'd probably save energy is you're not screaming, 4, 5 ,6 ,7.....****! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
