Thumbs down

IMO only newbies need these advices on reps and sets. Inters already know what they are doing and how their bodies respond.

Why does that deserve a thumbs down?

Just because you think you are too advanced to benefit from reading the article to benefit doesn't mean its not a good article.

Exactly what i was thinking!

I thought it was an interesting read. Particularly since i was considering cutting down the amount of sets/exercises i use for some of my smaller muscle groups, particularly the biceps, since they are used widely in many other lifts.

ISSA Trainers

Could someone tell me what ISSA has to do with 3 sets of 10?

I think the article was re-titled to reflect that it was pulled from an ISSA trainer (note the MSS after the name: Masters in Sports Sciences).

The article itself is a good read and I hope to see more like this in the future.

I believe the article did leave out one part of training...frequency of training each bodypart. Was this information included and i just missed it? Can someone please elaborate?
