At my last physical (I hadn't had one in 13 years), I found out that my total cholesterol level was 338. I started taking Garlicin, Green Tea Extract, Red Pepper Extract and Udo's Oil; and I also started skipping rope for at least 20 minutes twice a week and running for 20 to 30 minutes once or twice a week. I made some dietary changes but started cheating right before my next checkup.
My new cholesterol level after 3 months is 247. It's still high but it's coming down. Recently, I just started finding out more info on Trans Fatty Acids and have decided not to eat anything with hydrogenated oil in it (french fries, potato chips, oreos, etc.). I will eat Dirty brand potato chips because they are made with peanut oil, though. And if I can verify what they're fried in, I'll eat french fries sometimes.
I'm 35, 5'11'', ~225 lbs. and in pretty good shape.
What is your opinion od Udo's Oil? I've never seen any info on it at this site but I think it was instrumental in helping me lower my cholesterol (I poured it on everything).
