Ryan Swan - Cytosport's Muscle Milk Review.
I had the opportunity to try one of the newer protein powders on the market. I mean, with the exception of a few protein powders, you basically have a choice between chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. Needless to say, I tried this new product, Muscle Milk. Find out what I thought about it!

I like it for fat loss while maintaining mass. I'd endorse the product.

muscle milk rocks!
I take muscle milk before i got to work out and before i got to bed and within just 2 weeks i have noticed a difference in my muscle mass strength and energy! This is a very efficient product with a high quality effect on your body. I would definatly recomend muscle milk to all body builders of any strength level.

When are the best times to take muscle milk? Also, does it help you lose body fat, or will it just end up making you gain weight?

Ive been taking Muscle Milk for a couple months and Ive gone from 153 with a good amount of fat for a linebacker to 166 and Im still gaining. I usually gain a few puonds, plateau, then gain some more, on and off for as long as Ive been taking it. I was also injured during part of that time so I would be bigger.

weird that he told people to take it post workout. that would be the time to NOT use muscle milk and go with whey b/c post workout you want faster absorbing protein (whey) and no added fats to slow digestion.
post workout nutrition goals are the opposite of right before bedtime. pw you want fast digesting. bedtime you want slow. i totally disagree with his suggestion to use muscle milk pw.

The directions say to take it 45 minutes before workout. I do like this product, but by now there are already a billion other musclemilk reviews floating around.
