Kelly Baggett - Build Muscle & Lose Fat Simultaneously?
The goal of many bodybuilders is to gain muscle/lose fat whilst doing so simultaneously. Anyone who's ever truly been on a real bulking phase or a cutting phase will know exactly what extremes I'm talking about. We will take a look how you gain muscle and lose fat with this program!

Just read through this and as always I am skeptical.
I have often though to myself that a plan similar to this would work, but it seems to good to be true. Any thoughts?

I read the article, and the only people who could actually follow that are people who can devote their ENTIRE time to the program. If you have a job it won't happen, if you go to school it won't happen etc...
That said, I believe that if you do a very clean bulk, with cardio 5X a week, you will keep fat gain minimal - and you might lose bodyfat % by gaining muscle at a ratio higher than fat.

Dude, you could work this program in if you had a job or went to school. It isn't hard to pack a meal in a lunch box or snack bag and stash it in your desk or locker. Everything on here looked decent to me, however I am an extreme amateur bodybuilder. It looks to me like you just got a labrat to test out this diet/workout plan. I'll try post in a few weeks if I'm seeing results or not.

The food isn't the limiting factor...the workouts are. If you have a 9-5 or 8-5 job, how are you supposed to do cardio in the morning and then lift at 3:00? I think it could work, but it's pretty impractical unless you work out of your house or something...

I'm interested in trying this program, the only thing is I am debating whether it'd be best to bulk cleanly overall and just do cardio often or employ this program which is all about fluctuation which is harder to do for me than just to try and eat plenty every day and train hard. Does anyone else have opinions of this at all?

much success
Hello all, new to this site and i know this thread has been up for a while but i just wanted to let you guys know I have done this program for a month now and it has worked with flying colors. I have stuck to the plan as precise as possible (pretty freaking close though) and the results are amazing i see nearly a day to day difference (though thats hard to believe.) I am now just starting to plateau and think I need to change it up which is what brings me back here. I am not a body builder, just someone looking to cut the fat while keeping/gain muscle.
but here you have it! that plan does work if you can keep the schedule. because with this plan it is all about the timing.
See ya!
