Question Almost there

This article did very well at describing the basics and only the basics. In the transition between fiber description and application, some very important aspects were missing. One, how is it that these muscle fibers are being recruited by an exercise within a particular rep range. You defined what the 3 muscle fibers were, but neglected to state the reason for fiber recruitment. Example, within a 1-5 rep range, creatin phosphate is the key ingredient. Second, one of the biggest factors is the rest to set ratio. This is extremely important in training philosophy. Anyone can do 6 reps with multiple set, followed by ample rest. Put in the factor of only 1 min rest in between sets and the equation changes.
