Well, aside from the ridiculously dangerous squat (snaking around under a bar with your heels on 2x4s? That's a recipe for disaster), there are problems with just about every exercise he lists.
33" dips exactly? Exactly? For everyone? Even someone with very narrow shoulders? Wide shoulders? Short or long arms? Come on.

I must say that the links to the photos are unbelievably sloppy done. The triceps exercise, which is a behind-the-back extension, has a link to a pushdown in front. The lat pull, also an overhead move, is illustrated with a seated row. The summary of the routine at the end lists different exercises and contains blind links. Bad.

Creating an Illusion
Actually, I believe Vince meant accentuating your weaknesses (narrow shoulders, wide hips, and large joints for starters) by building around them in such a way to "create an illusion" to "cover them up". He even states in his books that many times, people's weaknesses eventually turned out being their greatest strengths. For instance people who have narrow shoulders, try bulking your deltoids up, around the outside of the shoulder frame mainly, to make it seem you have wide shoulders, and for the V-taper effect. Let's get something straight right now, BB'ing should not be about being BIG...look at the hideous Ron Coleman, it should be about obtaining a perfect physical PROPORTIONATE physique, not how much muscle you can pile on to your skeletal structure...anybody can do that, but to literally sculpt your way to an outstanding physique takes time, patience, and the very thing so many religious gym go-ers do not have, experience and know how.

Vince Gironda's Secrets! Next best to 'roids.
Find a copy of Vince Gironda and Robert Kennedy's book,"Unleashing the Wild Physique". Follow Vince's egg diet, if you can hack it, three weeks on and three of thru repeated cycles. At least 12 dessicated liver tabs/day.
