Do not take offense but you need to practice posing. You especially need to learn to spread your lats - or are they just non existent? Also, I cannot believe you are just now cutting out Frosted Flakes. They are not even good off season (or even for kids who I think they are intended). Whatever happened to good old fashioned oatmeal? Aren't you completely flat from lack of carbs? Low glycemic carbs such as oatmeal, brown rice, and sweet potatoes help keep your muscles full, give you energy, and most importantly keep your metabolism up. By dropping your carbs and calories too much you are going to flatten out, lose muscle, and your metabolism is going to screech to a holt. I hope you do not plan on cramming carbs the day before the show and expect to fill out. It will never happen. As low as your carbs are now and as flat as you appear to me in your pictures, you better plan on carbing up for at least three days.

well he was using the frosted flakes as a high gi carb early in the morning to get his insulin levels up before his workout 200 grams of carbs isn't really "low". I think hes good by spreading it out over the day.

Pluss you should notice the large amounts of glutamine hes taking which replenishes glycogen just as well. 8g of glutamine is just as effective as about 60g of glucose a replenishing glygogen.

He does need to work on a couple of his poses, but i don't think he's "Flat" the guy is 6'8". He just has very long muscles.
