Hey Russ - things are lookig pretty good! Have you picked up a copy of Earl ("The Pearl") Snyders posing video?? If not, you should - there are a lot of good pointers in there. I picked up one for my last contest and it helped out greatly. Besides, I know you are a big AST supporter (as am I) and Earl is one of their athletes.

Thanks Big Red. I actually do have Earl's video. I was watching it every week when I began my posing practice about 10 weeks out from my contest date.

I am planning to watch it more over the next couple of weeks to make sure I am doing everything properly and present all of my hard work as effectively as possible.
