I was even on Strengthnet.com watching a movie of one of their guys doing standing barbell curls witha plate on each side... His form def was sour!
"Do not train to make gains for next week, train to make gains EVERYTIME you workout!" is such a great quote I'm gonna have to start picturing in my mind everyday. I've been working for the long off goal, but I think my intensity during workouts will def benefit from this phrase. Thanks for a new angle to see it. Peace
