Protein Shake Recipes
Mmm, mmm good!!
Thanks so much for turning my meals into delicious treats. I used your Cinnamon Roll recipe (I substitured 1 tbsp of Butterscotch Instant Pudding for the Vanilla Pudding) and it turned out FANTASTIC!!
I was getting tired of the same three flavors (Strawberry, Vanilla, and Chocolate) but not I can't wait to try some of the other recipes!!
Thanks again!!

protein and coffee
I saw in quite some recipes that protein powder is blended with coffee, will the caffein influence the protein?
and, coffee needs hot water while prot pwd needs cold water, how you manage to blend them?

Awesome! The print friendly feature is also great for these types of articles.

coffee should not affect protein absorption/digestion to any appreciable degree. With the water thing, what they are worried about is high temperatures can denature (unfold) proteins, that said it usually takes very high temperature, and as long as it isn't scolding hot water it should be fine.
