Is there any IFBB pro using mainly kettlebells?

Yes, kettles are different in design. Different from DB, its mass center is away from the user body, so it has a greater momentum while swinging and it is hanging down. But that's all. Nothing special for muscle gain. Then HOW do kettlebells help?

Take some time off is the solution to burnout and grueling time.
