I love eggs. I am on a fat loss to muscle build program and eat 5 egg whites and 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar in the morning, 1 can of tuna and 1 cup of raw broccolli or spinach in the afternoon, and no dinner, plenty of water, and fruit every 3 days. I'm aiming for 3% body fat and 150lbs and then build up to 160 (I'm only 5'8") with a carb/protien/fat balanced diet, adding oats and egg whites. The current diet is boring but my farts are specacular!
